1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Field Clock (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the service
Field Clock helps service professionals record arrival and departure times at client locations
you pin within the App, using your device's location services, in order to build timesheets.
3. Location services
Field Clock requires access to device location services to detect arrivals and departures at
pinned client sites. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings, but
doing so will prevent the App's core functionality from working.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of client locations you pin and for verifying that
generated timesheets are correct before using them for billing, payroll, or recordkeeping.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
Any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are billed through the applicable app
store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that platform's payment terms.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Sightline Technologies, LLC.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable
law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or
implied, including the accuracy of location detection, which can be affected by device
hardware, signal conditions, and operating system behavior.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sightline Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost wages or billing disputes,
arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of
law principles.
